Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day operations, including property management and tenant relations activities in support of short and long term objectives.
• Monitor financial reports including rental income, improvement expenditures and overall operating expenses.
• Monitor and evaluate current administrative systems for accuracy and communication of necessary data.
• Produce property management analysis for presentation to senior management or prospective partners.
• Assist in the development of responsive and flexible leasing strategies that take maximum advantage of changing market conditions.
• Provide day-to-day direction of company policies, procedures and operations including cost estimates.
• Provide strategic direction on viability of reinvestment and acquisitions.
• Direct the day-to-day facilities management and operations.
• Conduct regular, periodic sites visits to review conditions and assess the effectiveness of management and maintenance programs.

Requirements:

• Very good English is essential.
• Qualifications; knowledge of / experience in financial reporting will be an asset.
• Knowledge and experience of various Building Management Systems and tools will be an asset.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Desire to focus on developing the property management function to an extremely highly efficient level;
• At least 2 years’ experience working on similar position (Office/Property) will be an asset.
