Opis stanowiska

• Maintain the stimulation of relationships with current affiliates and publishers;
• Onboard incoming publishers' applications;
• Identify, recruit and prospect new affiliates;
• Develop and monitor affiliate promotions;
• Provide solutions to publishers' marketing and advertising goals;
• Report for affiliate marketing promotions and activity;
• Risk management;
• Manage the Contract/IO process;
• Maintain on-going communication campaigns;
• Identify and implement other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program;
• Keep affiliates up to date on new products and program enhancements;
• Keep track of affiliate sales and pay affiliates in a timely manner (for in-house affiliate managers);
• Execute the monthly closures of the campaigns;
• Monitor and report on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions;
• Execute the monthly closures of the campaigns;
• Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy;
• Control traffic quality and volume.

Wymagania

•  Strong knowledge of the affiliate industry;

•  At least 2+ years of experience as a affiliate manager;

•  You have a good understanding of current trends and know how to attract publishers;

•  You have an upper-Intermediate English level or higher (must-have).

Important soft skills:

•  You have excellent sales and negotiation skills;

•  Strictly result-oriented.
