Responsibiities:
Requirements:
- Building and managing the sales office of a pharmaceutical company in Poland
- Meeting the business development plans, sales targets within agreed timelines and budget by ensuring availability of concern products in the region
- Conducting market analysis to identify the market trends, areas for the future growth and recommend proposals and plans of the business development within the region
- Working in close collaboration with the Central Office commercial department, define and adapt commercial and marketing policies and strategies in line with the overall business strategy
- Providing the systematic reports of revenue and profitability results, forecasts to the management team
- Strategic workforce planning, designing the organizational structure of representative office
- Retention of best talents, employees onboarding and professional development, leading the sales team
- Ensuring effective communication between Representative office employees and the Central Office.
Requirements:
- Educational degree, life science area degree (Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Bio-engineering, etc.) will be an asset
- Experience in leading a pharmaceutical company or one of the following departments: sales, marketing, trade, business development, operations
- Strategic view on how to build the business, grow the sales team, manage the legal entity and hands on approach and motivation in execution of development plans.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales/ marketing goals in the field of pharmacy
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Perfect English skills
