Technical Product Expert (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for the technical function of the reverse vending systems
  • Responsibility for the quality standards and skill levels of service technicians through training and support
  • Control over the reverse vending system installation base
  • Definition of standards as well as on-site installation, maintenance and repair works
  • Customer support as a company representative
  • Participation in various projects and contribution to a network of technical products
Your profile:
  • Completed education as an electrician, mechatronic engineer or a related IT education
  • Experience with electric installations and good mechanical skills
  • Profound IT-knowledge, experience in working with MS Office applications, IT-networks, electronic receipts and internal databases
  • Team-leading and field-service experience is an advantage
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel across Poland
  • SEP G1 certification
  • Fluency in Polish and good English skills
  • Analytical and structured approach to troubleshooting
  • Responsible, communicative and proactive personality
