As a Junior PMO Analyst you will be responsible for day-to-day operations in Project Support Office for one of the business units at GFT. You will be supporting everyday activities within your unit as a member of the PMO team.

• Provide support within Project Management Office for Delivery Managers, Portfolio Managers and Project Heads
• Support Sales Department with bid management (document repository for contracts, proposals, RFI process etc.)
• Liaise with corporate functions (HR/Finance/Controlling/Staffing/Legal) across GFT Group to execute requested tasks
• Maintain and update project management reporting tools, trackers, document repositories etc.
• Prepare regular reports and acceptance protocols for clients
• Follow processes within the account (month end actions, mandatory trainings, on- and offboarding, invoicing etc.)
• Administrative tasks including facilitating meetings, workshops and events, meeting minutes etc.

• Good organizational skills (ability to work on your own whilst managing priorities and expectations)
• Microsoft Office (with the emphasis on Microsoft Excel) knowledge
• Very good Polish and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Accuracy in deliverables – focus on details
• Ability to work according to provided process, regularly under time pressure in a fast paced environment
• Diligent performance of duties
• Support attitude and ability to build credibility and trust
• Readiness for hybrid work in the office in Warsaw
• Willingness for occasional domestic trips to other offices

• Higher education (final years students / graduates of finance and accounting, administration, international relations are welcome)

• Internship as a receptionist / sales or event support, etc.
