MAIN PURPOSE

As a Real Estate Specialist, you will provide financial, commercial, and administrative support to Real Estate Manager in order to make sure store openings are running according to the plan. You will ensure well maintained contracts for current stores and optimize real estate portfolio regarding to Eastern Europe region needs.

YOUR ROLE

• Support Real Estate Manager for business plan presentations, key city plans, white spots plan.
• Store opening: planning and phasing.
• Maintenance before and after opening (ex. secure internet and energy suppliers).
• Maintenance lease administration and coordinate the lease documents signature process.
• Coordinate communication with all landlord departments to solve day to day issues.
• Coordinate landlord contributions.
• Coordinate insurance certificates.
• Monitor service charge settlements.
• Monitor and verify rent and service charges invoices before payment.
• Request and coordinate bank/company guarantees/deposits.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, of which experience with real estate administration and legal knowledge in retail organization is a hard requirement.
• A structured way of working, keeping an overview and keeping priorities clear.
• Good communication skills whereby fluent English speaking and writing.
• Flexible, accurate, quality-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of data base systems and MS Office.
• Finding self-fulfillment by tracking numbers and figures.
