MAIN PURPOSE

As a Recruiter it is your job to ensure a solid and innovative recruitment operations to recruit rituals people fast & on brand. Optimize local labor market communication and build a professional network.

YOUR ROLE

You will build the local recruitment structure by:

• Developing local recruitment strategy and development of recruiting trails,
• Performing interviews,
• Providing advice and assistance for managers to come to optimal recruitment decisions and results,
• Building a network with local agencies,
• Ensuring correct job profiles and guidelines for vacancy description,
• Ensuring analytics and metrics on recruitment,
• Keeping track, plan, guide, and advice regarding the recruitment budget,
• Optimizing local recruitment communication (online, offline),
• Leading employer profile in social media.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Hands-on mentality,
• Planning and organizational skills,
• Communication skills,
• Good knowledge of Word/ Excel,
• 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferable in retail,
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written),
• Bachelor’s degree.
