Collections Team Leader with German

Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Lead Collections process for the assigned business line and geographical area
- Provide training and mentoring new starters as well as coaching existing team members to drive performance
- Drive assigned projects and deliver outstanding results in agreed timelines
- Drive escalation calls with partner stakeholders
- Ensure weekly monthly collections targets are achieved, flagging possible problems early to the Collections Manager
- Assist in the preparation of management reports in line with Client and Accenture s requirements
- Ensure that the collections processes are followed and are in adherence with SOX policies
- Proactive and innovative in generating ideas to improve processes and service delivery to the client
- Attend Client meetings to discuss payment performance and addresses issues as required
- Flexibility around working hours during client specified key periods month end
- Maintain and update customer data and aging reports
- Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by either Accenture or the Client related to the collections or dispute resolution process
- 3 year collections or accounts receivable experience in an international environment
- Strong social skills both written and oral with very good telephone skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as in as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across both Accenture and the Client s organisations.
- Client relationship management skills
- Dispute resolution knowledge
- Fluency in English and German
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
