Business Analyst – Customer Experience Team
POLAND, Warsaw, Krakowiaków 46 (The Park)
Employment based on a replacement contract (approx. 1.5 years).
Responsibilities:
- Preparing local and regional reports, analyses and recommendations based on data from various sources, including: Customer Voice, KPIs, operational data, etc. for a wide range of stakeholders, including the Management Team;
- Coordinating the processes of collecting customer feedback and conducting research, e.g. NPS and also aggregation and interpretation of key KPIs, including ensuring timeliness and implementation of individual stages/tasks as well as technical and substantive support for stakeholders in the EMEA region;
- Ensuring high standards of data quality and correctness of indicator calculations and also development of new tools to automate analyses;
- Support (coordination) of international projects in the field of Customer Experience, with particular emphasis on the analytical area;
- Monitoring the progress of national and regional initiatives;
- Supporting internal and external communication activities in the region.
Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of Power BI and MS Office (especially knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level at least);
- Nice to have an experience in using tools such as: Qualtrics, Power Apps;
- Very good knowledge of English spoken and written;
- Higher education (preferred majors - Economics, Management, Marketing, or related);
- Nice to have an experience in a similar position;
- Experience in preparing analyses and reports;
- Nice to have a knowledge of the Design Thinking process and Agile Project Management;
