Requirements:

  • Experience in accounting area
  • Very good knowledge of French and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritise in order to work towards achieving challenging targets and deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of SAP and ReadSoft would be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Investigating and resolving supplier invoice issues and proactively work with them to prevent the issues from reoccurring
  • Replying to email and phone queries from suppliers as well as from internal stakeholders
  • Reconcile supplier statements to identify missing invoices and late payment or potential late payment situations
  • Monitor and action debt balances occurring on supplier account
  • Review existing reporting data and identify to reduce aged debt/ GRIR understanding the issues, risks and opportunities to improve
  • Working closely with the Accounts Payable Invoice Processors to ensure team market KPI's are met
