Your tasks will be:

• Administration and maintenance of IT systems Windows and Linux platforms
• Administration of the VM-Ware environment
• Administration of Active Directory services such as DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services, File Services, Group policies and other windows-related services
• Management of backup related issues
• Analyze and resolve problems as 3th level engineer, resolve system problems and perform troubleshooting created by monitoring system.
• Participation in new and existing IT projects
• Automation of repetitive tasks with PowerShell
• Creating technical documentation for the IT environment

• 2+ years’ experience in the IT services industry
• Good Knowledge of Windows/Linux Systems
• Fluent English, German would be a Plus
• Virtualization Technologies (VM or others)
• Solid working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to learn smth. new
• The ability to organize and manage multiple tasks

• Good knowledge of database architecture MS SQL
• Knowledge of backup related issues
• PowerShell, SCCM, VM-Ware, DFS, experience in MS PowerPoint (making presentations, technical instructions)
