Inter Cars S.A. is the biggest distributor of spare parts for passenger and commercial vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe. Since May 2004 our company is present at Warsaw Stock Exchange. Our main strategic goal is to maintain our position on the market as the leader in CEE area whereas automotive spare parts are concerned.

B2B Support Specialist
Location: mazowieckie / Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting issues escalated from end-users.
  • Monitoring of the application.
  • Acting as the first point of contact regarding usage of our application.
  • Being part of team which is included many activities in organisation i.e. from support activities to preparing Proof of Concept solutions.
  • Improving internal documentation by collaborating closely with the teams that are part of our platform. Building knowledge-base.
  • Actively proposing process and functionality improvements in terms of support and maintanance processes.
  • Collaborating with external vendors in terms of development process of our platform.

We are looking for:

  • Problem solver, not problem finder.
  • Good communicator with excellent proficiency in oral and written English
  • Open minded and self organized person with ’Can do’ attitude.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to interpret technical solutions.
  • Person which has some technical background and also can talk to business folks. 
  • Person which is capable of using Linux shell.
  • Person who can understand big picture of environment, from frontend to backend.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in using monitoring tools e.g. Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic etc. 
  • Experience in automation e.g. Ansible, Terraform.
  • Experience in version control systems e.g. Git, SVN.
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in Linux.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile or Lean methodologies.
