Resposibilities:

• Ensures that all Progress reports and Schedules are received from the suppliers in the correct form at the correct time.
• Shall ensure that the Supplier's schedule is available and updated on frequent basis
• Shall review supplier’s report and schedule, comment, draw conclusions, initiate actions and follow
• Organise and lead review meetings with suppliers, internal stakeholders
• Prepare reports from meetings, share with Project team member, follow actions completion
• Shall actively cooperate with other functions: procurement, engineering & quality in regards to Purchase Order execution related aspects.
• Shall ensure that all Purchase Order deliverables are provided ontime with special focus on expediting of critical documentation
• Visit suppliers (expediting visits) and checks the physical progress by conducting walk downs at the suppliers premises.
• Perform PLAN-vs.-ACTUAL comparative analysis of manufacturing planning, raw material procurement and actual manufacturing activities.
• In case of deviations from specifications (non-conformances), assessing the effect thereof on achieving on-time delivery in coordination with internal partners and Supplier.
• Works with the suppliers and internal partners to overcome delays with a concurred mitigation plan.
• Use and update necessary tools and systems dedicated for Purchaser Order follow up

Qualifications:

• Good level of English min. B2
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in related areas like: Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality min. 3 years
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer service orientation
