• you will take charge of the UX/UI throughout the process, from scoping and prototyping
• and design to user testing and deployment. Translate specifications from a business or IT perspective into usable user experiences on both simple and very complex workflows.

• we are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer, with the skills to:
• build user stories, and map user flows
• understand the business requirements and goals of a project, and the ability to question them
• bring ideas to life through prototyping
• create appealing and user-friendly designs – with strong attention to details
• conduct user testing – online & onsite
• focus on the overview while having an eye on the details
• communicate fluently and confident in English
• we work in Figma, and it is considered a plus if you have knowledge of Google Analytics, Usertesting.com, Hotjar, or other user-behavior tracking tools.
