IT Project Coordinator (Koorydnator Projektów IT)

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT contractors (formulating requirements, controlling work progress, quality and timeliness)
  • Collect business requirements and translate them to technical specification
  • Manage implementation and roll-out projects
  • Manage key-users structure in the organization
  • Manage change management process for SAP
We Elevate... Your Best Self
  • At least 3 years experience in project management and in working with scope, schedule, budget, etc.
  • Experience in business process mapping and business requirements collection
  • Basic SAP end-user experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of IT systems architecture and being able to define such
  • Capable of working in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Analytical skills – a capacity for working with details, while maintaining focus on overall objectives
  • Proactive mindset
  • Good interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Fluent English and Polish
Optional
  • Strong SAP end-user experience
  • Working knowledge of Lotus Notes
