Requirements:  

• Good knowledge of English (B2) and Lithuanian (B2)  
• Minimum 3-years of experience on a position of Independent Accountant or similar, experience in finance & accounting as well as in taxes​ 
• Master Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Accounting certificates 
• Experience in preparation of tax reporting (VAT, CIT and local taxes)​
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud)​
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal involvement from management 

What will be your responsibilities?    

• Maintaining high quality of accounting books  
• Responsible for accounting reporting for both Group and Statutory purposes  
• First point of contact for external partners to which accounting- and tax processes are outsourced (accountancy, local legislation compliance) 
• Provide data to the external partner regarding statutory financial statement and tax returns (CIT, VAT)  
• Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures  
• Coordinate and support the execution of activities related to internal and external audit requirements 
• Work closely with BPO accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, issues and queries for related accounting issues in a timely manner
