Onsite Technican
Warszawa

Your Tasks

  • Providing On Site 2nd line support for an international customer on different location in Warsaw
  • Analyzing and solving IT issues related to software and hardware
  • Troubleshooting and configuring of Microsoft Windows Environment, Network and Office applications
  • Maintaining positive relations with our end-users
  • Managing & cooridinating an asset 
  • Hands & Eyes Support
  • Detecting faults and providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Ensuring all work is delivered consistently and in accordance with scope of work
  • Having a full awareness of service level KPI’s and delivering in accordance with these under guidance of the Service Delivery Manager
  • Helping to ensure that Hemmersbach delivers a high level of customer satisfaction, which also meets the business goals
  • Working in accordance with suppliers and customer’s rules and regulations for the purposes of health and safety

Our Requirements
  • Min. 3 years of experiance (IT Specialist / System Integration)
  • Level 2 / User Support Onsite,
  • Experience with ticketing systems and HP hardware and Win 10 / Outlook / Microsoft Support /PC/laptops configuration (software and hardware)
  • Excellent Polish and good English
  • Knowledge of Network Domain, TCP/IP, MS Windows, Active Directory
  • Problem solving orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Driver licence
