Driving change and process improvement for our Global FP&A systems (including project management, business requirements analysis, testing coordination and overall change management of the FP&A system on the SAP BW platform)
Working collaboratively with all functions across Finance (Corporate & Market) & IT, to help define the information, reporting, analytical and performance management needs
- Providing cross functional support in the continuous improvement of HQ Financial Planning & Reporting Processes in order to deliver increased productivity and efficiency
- Providing cross functional support in the continuous improvement of HQ Performance Management & Analytics system capabilities in order to deliver increased access to enterprise wide information and business insights
- Establishing and maintaining excellent cross functional communication so that requirements, dependencies and decisions are clearly articulated and understood
- Communicating plans and progress with senior management on a regular basis
- Developing and maintain strong relations with IT Senior Management and keeping current with external technology advances
- Developing and maintaining strong relations with Finance Senior Management, keeping current with the direction of the business and the need of key stakeholders
- Have an University degree and Membership of professional body (ACA, CIMA. ACCA)
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a Financial Reporting and/or FP&A role with proven business proves development combined with Systems & Project Management experience
- Knowledge of tobacco industry would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding business requirements analysis skills
- Exceptional understating of management information needs
- Strong analytical and advance problem solving skills
- Has successfully delivered full life cycle projects
- In-depth experience of setting up and managing finance systems
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), any other language would be an asset
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office) with strong presentation skills
- Fluent knowledge of SAP BPC, AFO and BW as well as Cognos
