Team is working with applications that were build for the "old" internal part of the Client. That means that it's applications meant for the Client's employees (the business) and are primarily focused on the end customers from when they have entered the books and their entire lifetime in Clients structures. They are working a lot with legacy code (some newer than others) and their biggest "customers" are Back Office and Finance.

Estimations: 70% new development, 30% bug fixing / changing old code.

They work agile and where it makes sense they use Scrum. (In some cases where it made more sense they used Kanban though) They have dailies, pair programming and code review.
