• conducting internal recruitment processes,

• verifying and selecting candidates applications best matched with the searched profile,
• building positive relationships with the candidates and ProData Consult employees,
• coordinating the process of hiring foreign citizens,
• responsible for EB activities,
• participating in other HR projects

• at least two years experience in recruitment area,
• very good English
• high interpersonal skills
• knowledge of HR processes
• great organizational skills
• proactivity and persistence
• experience in working with Sourcing and delivering IT Consultants will be an advantage
