Key responsibilities:

• Conducting trainings for specialists in the field of customer service
• Onboarding new employees
• Preparation of training and training materials
• Monitoring the effectiveness of training
• Support in the implementation of global guidelines on the Polish market.

We expect:

• Experience in conducting trainings in the field of customer service
• Fluent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of presentation tools.
