We are looking for candidates for the position:

 

Customer Service Professional – Italian Speaker
Location: Warszawa

 

On this position you will be responsible for telephone and e-mail, administrative support to users of Equinix - global brand IT services (support customer requests such as modifying, cancelling or updating existing orders).

  • Native/fluent Italian
  • Good/very good English
  • Interest in technical area is an asset
  • IT literacy (Windows, MS suite)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team work oriented
  • Basic customer experience
