HigoSense is looking for new employees who treat communication with clients as a pleasure and opportunity to learn new people. We are a developing company which offers many opportunities for learning new skills, so if you’re not afraid of changes, read below and apply!
Your responsibilities
- Providing technical support for existing clients
- Participating in the onboarding process of new clients
- Active participation in testing of device and mobile apps
- Preparing materials related to customer support (trainings, instructions, FAQs)
- Supporting other processes related to customer care (shipping, quality)
Our requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in customer care team
- Very good command of English and Polish - B2/C1 level
- Any other European language (min. B2) is a nice to have
- Strong attention to details, problem solving mindset
- High sense of responsibility and proactive approach
- Readiness to undertake new tasks
- Ability to switch priorities
- Great communication skills, both with the team, as well as the client
