• Provide local language support for our B2B partners (1500+ fashion retailers)
• Handle incoming inquiries from Partners via chat, mail, and phone calls 
• Educate partners in platform & services usage 
• Solve any issues that may occur, mostly related to stock updates, order acceptance, shipping, returns, invoices and payouts 
• Cocreate process improvements and contribute to their implementations
• Participate in our mission to grow fashion retailers in an online world!

• Key requirement: Fluent in Spanish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)  
• Able to start work within 2 months  
• Willing to work 40 hours per week (full time)
• Legally eligible to work in Poland 
• Computer savvy
• With a head for numbers
• Top-notch communication skills and high attention to details 
• Capable of spreading a positive vibe amongst Partners and team members
• Experience in customer care, logistics, helpdesk or sales is welcome but not required
