Onboarding Trainer

This position plays a significant role in the induction of all employees. You would be responsible for training new employees in the field of product, processes and rules that will facilitate their further work in a team.

Job responsibilities:
- Providing product training (Google Ads)
- Participate in design and implementation of induction projects for new employees
- Use of various tools in the work of a trainer (both in the "training room" and as part of online training)
- Preparation, modification and updating training materials
- Monitoring quality of work after the implementation period
- Measuring the effects of training activities and reporting work results
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in conducting training, including development of training programs and materials - minimum 1.5 years of experience as a trainer
- Working experience in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of English (training are conducted mainly in English)
- Business Trainer Certificate will be an asset
- Creativity and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to transfer knowledge and support others in personal development
