• Providing customers with information about online advertising products and services.
• Delivering against given goals consistently, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to the clients who are seeking information regarding Google Ads.
• Communicating with Clients proactively, via phone and email (100% Video Calls or phone calls, no direct visits required) to assess their online advertising needs
• Providing strategic advice to and work closely with Clients in a consultative role.
• Ongoing analysis of results in terms of achieving the objectives set.

• Strong communication skills (building and maintaining business relationships).
• Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce or new technologies
• Previous marketing, sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak (native speakers or near, C1 + level).
• Communicative level of English as we are an international company.
• Experience in Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and media campaigns would be an added advantage.
