The PAMA Paper Machinery team is looking for reinforcements for the Poland market. PAMA is a specialized sales and service representative for all types of machinery and equipment in the cardboard and packaging industry. Our customers are manufacturers of cardboard packaging from more than 15 countries of Central and Eastern Europe. As the need for our machines in some markets exceeds our capacity, we have decided to invite a new representative for the Poland market to the team.

Job position description:
  • management of sales of machines to cardboard packaging manufacturers in Poland, 
  • visiting clients, presenting the company and consulting, 
  • building relationships and long-term cooperation with customers, 
  • carrying out marketing activities and market analysis, 
  • strategic sales planning, 
  • assistance in installation and implementation of after-sales activities.
We are looking for a person who:
  • likes to sell,
  • is open, communicative and organized,
  • likes to travel and has a driver's license,
  • likes to learn, likes to meet challenges and wants success,
  • has a 6th degree education (or more),
  • can speak Polish fluently and English fluently,
  • has basic knowledge of using Microsoft tools (word, excel, PP). Industry or sales experience is optional.
  •  Industry or sales experience is not required.
We offer:
  • working in a stable and ambitious team,
  • full-time employment, contract for an indefinite period and a trial period of six months,

  • the possibility for good earnings (up to 50,000€ and more per year with fixed and variable part)
