Accenture partners with a global asset management company to create a new entity in Poland that will be integrated in partner's European structures. Accenture is looking for individuals to play a key role in a multi-cultural environment as members of a cross-border team for Investment operations team. As a member of this team you will contribute to the transformation to build a more sustainable and efficient investment management operations.
As Performance Analyst in GIPS team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing the agreed controls within required timelines
- Analyzing data in control reports and ensure discrepancies are highlighted and resolved
- Liaising with the team, internal and external stakeholders for data requirements
- Understanding various performance reports and the method of report extraction
- Preparing customized reports for ad hoc requests
- Conducting reviews/quality checks
- Resolving process related issues and technical issues
- Identifying and implementing process improvement ideas to improve efficiency
- Conducting internal error analysis meetings and stakeholder calls
What do we expect?
Your profile
- Degree level educated (numerate discipline highly desirable)
- Between 2-5 years of experience within asset management
- Industry qualification such as IMC, CIPM, CFA or planning to study towards
- Prior experience in performance/GIPS functions would be preferable
Knowledge and skills
- Good understanding of Asset Management, Funds and Reporting
- Knowledge of investment products and various instruments
- Advanced Excel skills required (macro/formatting/power query editor)
- Good analytical and numerical skills
