Accenture partners with a global asset management company to create a new entity in Poland that will be integrated in partner's European structures. Accenture is looking for individuals to play a key role in a multi-cultural environment as members of a cross-border team for Investment operations team. As a member of this team you will contribute to the transformation to build a more sustainable and efficient investment management operations.
As Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of data, review, and timely distribution of internal reports
- Interpretation and analysis of performance data
- Ensuring the on-going quality and accuracy of performance reporting and that all reporting is produced within mandated and regulatory timeframes
- Providing support to the Front Office, Client Group and the Marketing & Sales teams with portfolio analysis and ad hoc performance queries
- Ensuring all procedures are up to date
- Completion and submission of risk event forms
- Liaising with colleagues globally for cross training and to create synergies
- Assisting the team in various initiatives (project work, onboarding clients, creating new ideas to increase efficiencies)
What do we expect?
Your profile
- Degree level educated (numerate discipline highly desirable)
- Between 1-3 years of experience within asset management
- Industry qualification such as IMC, CIPM, CFA or planning to study towards
Knowledge and skills
- Good understanding of Asset Management, Funds and Reporting
- Knowledge of investment products and various instruments
- Advanced Excel skills required (macro/formatting/power query editor)
- Basic knowledge on Tableau
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
